This property is ideal in that it is clean and safe and so close to downtown, however the dryer was broken and I didn't find that out until I had two loads of wet clothes, so that was a negative. Overall though I will be returning because it is such a cozy, clean, and updated spot. The gated parking is a clear pro.

No housekeeper. Hard to get in touch with anyone, no cable tv, no cameras, no outside trash cans/bins, shower head is old and weird angle. Pro is location and big tv
