They charged my card on file 2 days before my stay, which I had the stay set to “pay at property” and when I called them about this their response is we always charge the card on the day the reservation is made, I then said I set it up 2 weeks prior and then they said they do it 2 days in advance to make sure funds are available. And then we got there and there is no one ever there. You call a number for assistance. The room itself was great! No complaints there! But breakfast was supposed to be available between 7:00am-10:00am and yet at 7:09am as we were leaving, the counter was EMPTY! So in the end, to pay $151 for a one night stay, it wasn’t worth it!! We have paid half that at other locations in the area and had staff available on site for any questions & breakfast they started setting up about 10-15 mins before it was to start!
