Great home and location

Everything was as advertised here. The home was very clean and well kept, and the property was in immaculate shape. We only spent one night here, but it was our second visit. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area. We absolutely give this one 5 stars across the board.

Rustic cabin review

As my group used the ATV park just a few miles away, this is a great location. Five beds make a group possible. Qaint cabin with a very nice stone fireplace. Fire pit available-- used last year but not this year. No complaints, only compliments.

Home Base for Wrestling in Johnstown

My son and our friends’ son were wrestling in a tournament in Johnstown. We opted against a hotel and stayed in the cabin. What an excellent decision! Amazing log cabin restoration. Very inviting decor and an excellent layout. This would be a very cool retreat in the summer! John was excellent with communication. One of my favorite places we’ve stayed!

Perfect Cozy Cabin

Gorgeous log cabin on private property. The cabin was super clean, with lots of kitchen supplies, firewood, and blankets. Lots of clear instructions were provided for the house and fireplace. John was very helpful and easy to communicate with. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable and bathrooms were wonderful. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property was indeed a remodeled rustic log with all the amenities of a modern property. There is one bedroom with a double bed on the first floor and a full bathroom (shower and laundry) too. There are three bedrooms on the second floor: two have double beds each; the third has one double bed and one single bed. There is a folding bed (single) available. There is a second bathroom with a bathtub on the 2nd floor. Plenty of towels and blankets are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped. Roku TV in the living room. The main bedroom has a Fire TV. The fireplace is beautiful! Deer are visible around the property. The host is responsive, kind, and available. The water quality is great! It was the perfect location for a family gathering during snowy days. Plenty of picture spots in and out of the cabin. Will consider coming back for sure.

We really love staying there. This is the second time we rented this cabin. It’s beautiful and have close trails to ride. The only thing is we wished we would have had a broom so we could have cleaned the floors for them. Other than that the most amazing place to stay! We had a great time! Thank you!

Indian Lake Wedding

A group of eight adults stayed for a wedding held at Indian Lake. It was so close to the venue. We also visited the Flight 93 Memorial while we were there. Our entire group could get over this amazing property. The owner truly thought of everything. We sat outside by the fire Friday night. Decor is beautiful. I highly recommend this property. We are talking about coming back next year to ride the sxs trails.

We chose this home as an overnight stop on our way home to Michigan from the Outer Banks. Our family consists of 6 adults aged 21 to 59, and we were, to a person, very pleased with our decision to stay here. The home itself is just dripping with character personality. Everything was immaculate, and the host left us very clear instructions for the home. Absolutely no complaints from us on anything, except for the fact that we couldn't spend another day or 2 here! We've rented many vacation homes over the years from coast to coast, and this one rates right at the top of the list!

Wonderful place of rest and relaxation after a full days atv ride!

The cabin is amazingly modern with beautiful hardwood floors, modern gas stove, Refrigerator with cabinets stocked with everything that you will need for cooking and preparing meals- spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, clean and spacious bathrooms. Living room with fireplace is a special space as we built a Fire To break the coolness Of one of The days (also has water baseboard heat if needed). Large charcoal grill handled Steaks, hamburgers (12) and hot dogs For 6! Nights and morning around the campfire, with endless dried wood a Plus - all surrounded by such a beautiful location on these 5 acres. Drive-way Handled Our Three vehicles with their ATV trailers one being a double axle and quite long. This is one precious place - well worth the expense! Ride hard (5 minutes away) and relax well at This site!
