This stunning and cozy waterfront cottage is the perfect getaway experience for year-round fishing, leisurely canoe or boat ride during the warmer months. Enjoy your morning coffee with a beautiful view while watching the wildlife.

Patios and decks outside are perfect for social gatherings with friends and family. Features privacy and beautiful natural forest. Stay warm and cool with our mini split HVAC system. Gas fireplace for extra warmth on winter.

There are 3 Bedrooms with a queen and a single bunk bed each. Additional queen bed in the loft. Capacity for 14 people. Room at Loft not available, Owners storage. Two 4 pcs. washrooms, one with a stand up and one with a bath tub. Fully equipped kitchen, living room and a great room with TV on each. WI FI and a boat dock.

Amenities include outside BBQ connected to main propane tank so you will never run of out fuel, Fire Pit, 2 Pedal boats, 1 Canoe, Aluminum Row boat and Life jackets. Kitchen is equipped with Fridge, Stove, Rice Cooker, Broiler, Water Heater, Coffee brewer, Ninja Blender, Microwave, Waffle maker, Drinking water dispenser hot and cold, Coffee, Tea, Chocolate provided.
