Warn people that when you are under construction the place should be shut down. Having to walk in the rain from one part of the hotel to another etc Very frustrating stay. Parking was very limited after 11pm & we had to walk a long way from the available car park to get into the area where our room was. I hope the final product was worth the number of customers you will probably lose.

A few minor things but overall great

Overall a great stay, the walls are kinda thin so it was a little loud and the firepit was out of propane but other than that was amazing. A beautiful spot for the hot tubs and campfire, staff was amazing, definitely will be staying again

For Example 2 coffee cups and no paper or plastic cups available in room. Only one bar of soap and no shower gel or soap in tub for shower. Plenty of towels as requested prior to check in. No Facial tissue in room. Nice Room overall.

Had to ask for a different room. The first was not at all as advertised, straight out of the the 1980’s, including the bedding. Asked for a newly renovated room and it was nice. Full hotel under construction, not ideal.

We were told they were renovating the registration area. Not that most of the interior hallways were closed and you had to walk outside to get from one area to another. Very old and dirty. Carpets were gross
