In this house you will find all you need for a relaxing family holiday. 4 spacious bedrooms with comfortable Dunlopillo double beds - and two additional movable single beds. 2 large bathrooms - one with double shower and one with shower and bath tub. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and other electrical appliances you need. Living room with TV, Video and Playstation.
In the very spacious 260m2 garden/teresses you will find a 7,5 x 5,5 m private pool sourrounded by comfortable hard wood, olive- almond trees as well as lavende thym, rosmary and other flowers. Also hard wood garden furniture: 8 sun beds, tables and chairs for 8 persons.. From the house you have a magnificent sea view. The house is located on the top of a hill in walking distance to the beach and the small village Cerbère.
