All was good except a little bit noisy at night because of its central location. The breakfast was ok; the choices could be more. I did get free pick up services during check-in and checkout. I would stay there again though.

Lovely place to stay

Very enjoyable stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout our 3 night stay. The room was very clean and well serviced. The central location means you can enjoy the town early in the morning before the other tourists arrive!

We had a wonderful stay in this fairytale village hotel. Being that it's in the town square, it was in the center of everything. Our only problem was when we got there, you couldn't drive down the street but luckily, we were able to call the desk, explain our predicament and they told us where to park our car and then came and picked us up. We did the same in reverse when we left and you definitely don't need a car while you're there. Breakfast was delicious and the whole experience lovely.

Great location & beautiful hotel

Great location, delicious breakfast buffet, loved the heated bathroom floor and very nice staff but not as many amenities that I would have expected. No water in the rooms and bathroom products were large and attached to fixtures. Overall, for the price and location and food I would definitely stay again, but I’ve been a bit spoiled by other hotels recently, so those minor items stand out. Also, while it is definitely a safe area, I did not love having to leave our luggage in the lobby until we could check in.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The room has a loft, spacious, and very clean. Christmas market is just right at their doorstep, close to the castle and other famous attractions. Staff was so kind and helpful. Our room is on the 3rd floor, No elevator, something to consider if you have big luggages and traveling with elders. Breakfast was good. Only issue was few blocks to the hotel were closed to vehicles at certain hours due to Christmas markets, so we have to walk far with our luggages to catch the taxi at check out, not the hotel’s fault, but something to consider when you visit during Christmas season. But overall, we had a pleasant stay, will definitely stay again in the future.

There is no air conditioning. Opened the windows and it is fine as the night temperatures are cooler in September. Not sure I will book in hot summer months. Otherwise very nice location and well maintained hotel.

Center of Krumlov

The freshly renovated hotel is situated in the old town aware and is just a short walk from the old town shopping streets and of course, the Krumlov castle. Due to the extreme flooding, we were advised against the parking that was included in our stay. We were, however, offered a pick up and drop off service to any of the city parking which (P2 & P5) are a short walk away from the hotel. The deluxe room was on the top floor and was clean, homely and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were of a high quality. Due to the fact we were in an attic room, the shower was difficult to use but given the age of the building and just for a short stay, it was manageable. The breakfast was great. A large assortment of meats, fish, cereal, fruit and drinks.

We arrived very late (after midnight) but we notified the hotel ahead of time and the security guard had room keys ready for us. This is a small idyllic town and the hotel in on the main town square so the location is very good. We were on the 3rd (top floor) and had a nice view of the castle out of albeit very small roof windows. Parking is charged by the hotel at a public parking lot but its a solid 10-15 min walk from the hotel due to the nature of the towns location. The hotel staff offered to to take us to the hotel parking on checkout, which saved us from having to drag bags 15 min to parking lot. Highly recommend getting to hotel in daylight hours to make the parking experience a little more enjoyable. The hotel does not have a lift. They did service a nice breakfast. We had a bit of trouble reserving the room directly on their site (cc not accepted) but were able to book on Expedia. Upon checkout, they said everything was paid but then 1/2 way to the parking lot, called the driver and had him return us to pay the bill - so that whole process was a bit confusing.
