Splendid is splendid!

Property is in great condition, like new, they maintain it very well. Hotel falls in VIP category of hotels.com and all promised perks provided (early check in, bottle of wine)

Overall I felt this was a really enjoyable hotel stay and the staff were very friendly and supportive. As we visited in the low season the outdoor pools and evening activities were not available but considering our big discount that seems a fair exchange.

Though it is not a new hotel, yet they are managing to keep uo the stars. Reception are very helpful and accomodating to specific requests. Housekeeping staff as well, very responsive. Just be aware when crowded especially on specific holidays, can get a little bit noisy in some of the common facilities.

The hotel deserves 3 star maximum. Food choises are mediocre. Staff in restaurants is non existent. In general, only reception was helpfull. Even housekeeping was not up to par. I will never return! Wasted money for sure

Excellent hotel with professional and courteous staff. The breakfast is excellent and the hotel restaurant on the beach is also very good but expensive. It is jarring to distinguish from other hotels in the world. This hotel requires that every cup of coffee be prepared in the room for a very expensive fee, which is a shame.
