Halfway between Lyon & Saint-Etienne, near the regional Natural Park of Pilat, large gite in stone-built house (typical of the Coteaux du Lyonnais region). Breathtaking view. Interior carefully renovated by Robert (the owner, a retired farmer) and his daughters. Very warm welcome. Upstairs (outside stairs) : entrance via terrace in living room (kitchen area, lounge area with fireplace, dining area). Hall. 3 bedrooms (1 double-bedded room, 2 twin-bedded rooms). Shower room (including washing machine). Wc. Passageway leading to upper floor. Upper floor : hall with desk, living room/lounge (relax area), 3 bedrooms (2 double-bedded rooms, 1 bedroom for 3 with double sofa bed and single mezzanine bed). Shower room (including washing machine). Wc. Heat pump heating (extra charge). Bed linen and household linen included in rent. Towels not supplied. Baby equipment on request : travel cot, high chair, baby bath, changing mat, booster seat. Outdoors : large raised terrace (unclosed) with garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, deck chair, private courtyard (unclosed) shaded by ancient lime tree, lawn area. Parking. Many walks from the gite, fruit growers nearby. Climbing site 1.5 km. Zoological park 13 km. The owners have a dog (female) and are not able to welcome other animals.
