Overall, our stay was great. The hotel & service was excellent. Unfortunately, my husband drank a very small amount of tap water when brushing his teeth and got a BAD G.I. infection which took him out for three days. We were in Mexico celebrating our 30th anniversary and we were unable to go on our planned excursions. May I suggest, you put a small sign near the bathroom tap water that says “do not drink tap water” like they do on all airplanes.

The property itself is small and nothing much to do in terms of activities for kids. Small pools, tiny beach access, tons of hermit crabs on the beach. Restaurants are okay not great. Night entertainment was good. App needs improvement and is not user friendly

Clean resort. Most of the staff helpfull and freindly. Came across few not very freindly. Not too luxurious resort but not bad either. Best part was ocean was seen from every part of resort . Vela sur was my favourite part of this resort. This buffet restaurant has beautiful ocean view . Spent lots of time there. Aka carte restaurants were good and getting reservations was not problem but that may be because it was not too busy. Lots of pools. Lobby needs to be improved. No proper sofas to sit and chill in lobby. Beach very small. We got a chance to do snorkeling Was good. If you are beach person this is not place for you. I like to stay in pools more so i didnt mind. Overall average resort in terms of anenities and luxury but i wont say its bad in any way. Have been to better resorts in cancun. Overall stay was good and no complaints .

My wife and I really enjoyed our time here. Great food options, quiet beach access and amazing staff. The hotel isn't too far from off-resort activities, although you will need to drive to get around. Highly recommend, we'd come back again.

Location is roughly 40 minutes from the airport. The rooms are fairly spacious and the air conditioning worked great. Breakfast was good and the 5 different restaurants we attended were great. I definitely recommend this place

Beautiful resorts with lots of food options and beautiful views. There’s plenty of restaurants for dinner and lunch options. The beach area is great with calm ocean water to swim. The outside area is nice with lots of staff available at all times. Lots of entertainment during day and night. Beautiful family resort to enjoy vacation.
