The property was very nice, clean, and the rooms were awesome. The Asian restaurant was also amazing. The air conditioning is a problem throughout the resort. After sending 3 technicians to our room to fix the A/C they finally moved us to another room. The new room was not much better. The restaurants on the property are air conditioned but they prop the doors open so all the cold air escapes and you sweat while you eat. I brought this to the managers attention and they corrected it in the bar we were in and it was so much cooler, but then the next day it was back to hot with the doors propped open to the outside. We were also told by management that the ceiling fans were for decoration only but then later that evening they turned them on. Not sure what that was about. The mini fridge did not work in either of our rooms, we called this in but no fix was made. The staff was very friendly and helpful, with the exception of the management. I know it’s hot in Mexico but if I wanted to sweat while I eat I would just order food at the pool, not while trying to eat at a nice restaurant.

Avoid Casa 3 at all costs!! I was woken up every day between 6-6:30 am to the sound of workers shoveling Sargassum seaweed into a dump truck. The smell of that seaweed was so nauseating. I had to leave my room immediately, which works if their goal is for guests to get out and enjoy the property. Unbeknownst to me, it was only Casa 3 that had to deal with the smell of rotten boiled eggs every day. Also, bring sturdy swim shoes if you plan to go the beach as it is very rocky. I loved everything else about the property…the food, the activities at the pool, the pool options, the friendliness of everyone working at the property, all great!

Truly the best all inclusive experience yet. Every single employee there is so attentive. The one thing I was a little upset about was no true swim up pool bar. However, the wait staff that would bring you drinks before you even had to ask truly made up for that. This was a trip I did not want to leave, and if my adventures ever take back to tulum, I will absolutely be staying here again!

It definitely needs more of a kid friendly menu! Some of the Concierge were not nice at all! Concierge were never able to get us in the steak house or the Mexican restaurant. They told us that they were booked completely and couldn’t get us with the kids in to eat. We ended having dinner at 11 waiting on room service.

Everything was great! This was our second time coming here. But pleaseeee clean the kids waterpark it has not been brushed and it was so green and dirty! We want to come again, but please maintain the kids waterpark!

Not many food options for kids, not the best when you have 5 kiddos to feed. The italian restaurant does have great pizza but you have to make reservations. The resort was super clean, very modern, good evening people watching entertainment. The beach area was small and a litle rocky but no sea weed because of that so it was fun for the kids. Staff was friendly and there were pools everywhere

The hotel exceeded my expectations! First thing when we checked in we had a room bracelet that made it so easy to access the room without the old card method. The room's view is heaven, facing the beach and the staff used to clean the windows every day from the humidity so you can see the beach. Also, the shower is fancy and comfortable. The entertainment staff were so nice and made it fun on the beach and the pool. The food was delicious in all of the restaurants and we tried all of them during our stay. The hotel had a show for 2 hours every night, other hotels are so boring at night if you have kids and you can't hang out in the bar. If you have kids, the hotel has a whole kids' area that has activities for the kids all day. The staff were so professional and nice. Jose translated our conversation with the taxi driver and communicated well with him for an hour. Room service quickly responded to any concerns or requests, when we ordered food in the room it arrived in 10 minutes hot and fresh. When we had an issue with the fridge, it was replaced in 20 minutes. The hotel is very safe, they took the taxi driver’s information, DL, and ensured that he was coming to us and that we ordered him. I recommend the hotel to anyone and I will definitely go back with the family

🌟🌟🌟🌟☆ Great Stay, But the Seaweed Smell Was Overwhelming Overall, Hilton Tulum is a beautiful resort — the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were top-notch. We really enjoyed the food options and the relaxing atmosphere. However, the smell of seaweed near the beach area was very strong during our stay. We understand this can be a natural issue, but it definitely impacted the beach experience and made it hard to enjoy that part of the resort. Still, everything else was great, and we would consider coming back — hopefully during a time when the seaweed isn’t as intense.
