Although this looks a brand new hotel with a beautiful design I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel. Service isn’t very good, at the steakhouse Auma the host Carlos was quite unfair and rude, we missed the time for making a reservation but the concierge said maybe we can try as walk ins and a table could be available if any guest didn’t show up or canceled. We did so, on our way we met some other guests on the cart to the restaurant under the same situation. We were first in line, and Carlos denied us the table, while he gave a table to the guests behind us just because they were a group of women. There were 7 available tables. This was discrimination. The property’s maintenance isn’t the best, pools have unstick missing tiles, dangerous for the feet. Common areas bathrooms are normally dirty. Wines are very low quality ones and food is average.
Our room keys didn’t work in several times, even twice a day. Walking from the room to the lobby takes around 30 mins, taking a cart around 15, this was very annoying.
The best thing of the hotel was the coffee bar.
