Hotel and staff were great. Walking distance to Old Montreal and Metro is a huge bonus. Elevator in building had a strong unpleasant smell.

Loved our very spacious room! We had a Junior room with the spa tub. The valet parking person was lovely and the staff was too. We didn't have many interactions with the staff overall. However, the Kyo restaurant was by far our favorite meal. Our server Jesse was outstau and so was the meal.

Beautiful hotel, smells amazing, courteous staff, the beds are incredibly comfortable. My only complaint was that the room was a tiny bit run down - one tap had no cap on it and the picture in one of the frames on the wall had become unstuck so had slid halfway down.

I was offered a minimum upgrade when mentioned VIP access. It was of 5$ value when I checked on Expedia website. The room was small. When I asked for a better upgrade to a bigger room I was asked to pay the same as I would booked the room myself on Expedia so I paid to be in a room I expected to be upgraded as part of my VIP booking. I was not given any complimentary service or upgrade because I paid for it without any discounts.

Nice stay! Staff were very friendly! Loved the bathroom facilities! The only thing we noticed was the fireplace was making a bit of a sound, otherwise, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay!
