Beautiful Ardèche house of the nineteenth century, completely restored, all comfort (private bathroom - renovated in 2015 - separate shower, towel dryer, washing machine, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine , toaster, kettle, flat screen TV, CD player fireplace), three terraces, two indoor (two outdoor tables, a teak for 8 covered with sun loungers and chairs), closed garage, attached garden and trees, land of 1300 square meters with swing and possibility to camp. Everything, in the center of a charming village, 8 minutes walk from two rivers (with bathing sites), and 8 minutes drive from the shops (and Chambonas Les Vans).
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a fireplace. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.
