On the 1st floor (with lift) of a modern residence, the apartment can sleep 4 people in comfort. It is ideally located for easy access to the ski slopes or hiking routes and for guests to explore Chamonix.
The apartment combines modern comfort with cosy alpine touches. The open-plan living space includes a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table. A glass door leads out onto a private balcony furnished with a table and chairs. Here guests can enjoy a drink or cup of coffee in the fresh mountain air. The attractive fitted kitchen is partly separated from the dining table by a half wall and is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a drip coffee machine and a fridge/freezer.

There is also an indoor swimming pool with a hammam, which is open all year round. In the summer, there are numerous options, including mountaineering, hiking and biking trails through stunning mountain scenery.
Chamonix’s weekly market (Saturday mornings) is in Place du Mont Blanc (5-minute walk) and is the best place to pick up local ingredients to try at home. Alternatively, there are supermarkets within a 5-minute drive.
