This 177sqm chalet is ideally located close to the Grands Montets lift, Argentière shops (5 minutes' walk) and the heart of Chamonix (10/15 minutes). You'll love the peace and quiet, the panoramic view of the Mt Blanc range, the large terrace and the comfortable living areas for happy family memories. Parking spaces included and bus / shuttle service just a few steps away (250m). Just need to enjoy form now. Welcome home!


Family property comprising the following rooms on the ground floor:

> 3 bedrooms: one with two single beds (90cm), the second with 2 bunk beds (90/180cm) and the third with a queen-size bed (160)

Excellent holiday home

We were very happy with the property and the experience. The location is good (just walkable to the lifts, but a short drive). The views are tremendous.
