## Emplacement
The duplex is located opposite the station of Argentière. You are just a few steps from the pretty center of Argentière where you will find everything you need: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, etc. The center of Chamonix is 15/20 minutes by car or bus. The ski area of Les Grands Montets is 300 metres away on foot. Easy access to all the slopes of the valley, by car or bus (Le Tour or La Flégère).

## Transports
The bus stop and the train station is at the foot of the building, it is strongly advised to move by public transport.
In high season, there is a bus every 15 minutes and a train every 30 minutes.
The ski area of Balme-Vallorcine (Le Tour) is 10 minutes by bus and that of La Flégère 20 minutes.
The Domaine de Balme offers a multiple ski on two distinct slopes. From the village of Le Tour (5 km from Argentière), access is via the Charamillon gondola.
Enjoy wide slopes gently facing the valley of Chamonix, while the Vallorcine area will allow you to ski in the fir trees on the threshold of the Swiss border.
Ski area Brévent-Flégère A south facing area for skiers of all levels, with superb combos, on the edge of a nature reserve. An unrivalled panorama on the roof of Europe and the surrounding peaks. Access from the center of Chamonix side Brévent or from Les Praz de Chamonix (3 km from Chamonix) side Flégère. At the bottom of the site, a ski area for beginners and easy skiing: the Savoy is within walking distance from the resort centre. The most! Brévent side: thrill seekers, go to the start of the ski 2000, a freestyle space equipped with a 5-rail freestyle airbag, all framed by ESF instructors. Side Flégère: speed fans, test your limits, blow up the counters on the speed track near the Chavanne.
