At the end of a dead-end road, semi-detached house comprising 4 gîtes and the owners' accommodation. Independent access on the raised ground floor by a small staircase. 1st floor: living room-kitchen lounge area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed/4 single bunk beds), bathroom (shower). Balcony + private terrace. Small shared garden. Floor area 53 m² including attic areas. Public parking 50m away. Rentals from Sunday to Sunday only from mid-December to the end of April Superb renovated traditional farmhouse. Quiet residential area in the heart of the old village. Very close to the slopes and the resort center. South-facing slope. Very comfortable. Warm mountain character. Exposed balcony. Large shaded terrace. Beautiful view of the massif. Pleasant flower garden.
