Electric heating (the stove visible in the photos is not usable). Terrace with garden furniture for 6 people, parasol, awning, relaxation lounge, plancha. Enclosed land of 850 m2. Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair. End of stay cleaning 60€. Beautiful new house located 3 km from the village of Champcevinel, in a quiet, green haven, a stone's throw from Périgueux, a listed 'Town of Art and History' (St. Front Cathedral, Vésone Tower, Gallo-Roman trail, Medieval-Renaissance trail, Mataguerre Tower, museums, etc.). 24 km from Brantôme (abbey and village). Also worth seeing: Bourdeilles and Puyguilhem castles, Villars caves, St. Jean de Côle village (Floralies on the weekend of May 8th), Truffle Ecomuseum and truffle trails in Sorges (17 km).
