Cocoonr agency offers this charming 125 m² air-conditioned former silkworm farmhouse in Chandolas to rent for up to 10 guests. It comprises a pretty 35 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, an independent studio, three shower rooms and a 1,200 m² garden with swimming pool.

The accommodation comprises

An independent studio on the ground floor:
- Living area with kitchenette
- Bedroom area with 2 sofa beds
- East-facing sheltered terrace.
- Shower room with WC

1st floor:
- 35 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and double sofa bed
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A south-facing veranda overlooking the grounds
- Shower room with WC

2nd floor:
- Bedroom 1: bedroom with double bed (140×190), wall storage and view of the grounds
- Bedroom 2: bedroom with double bed (140×190), wall storage and view of the grounds
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, iron and ironing board and folding bed.

Outside:
- A lovely 1,200 m² south-facing garden with plenty of vegetation offering a large shaded area
- A terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A private swimming pool with alarm. The pool is open from 1 June to 1 October (opening date non-contractual).

The house is ideally located in Chandolas, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
