The second floor of a stone house, which was built in 1924, in the center of Chania old harbor has been renovated, with respect to the initial form and contemporary touch, in 2018 and hosts two suites for rent: the Balcony and the Terrace. The unique location around which the social life of Chania grows, both in the past and present, makes the property an ideal place for someone who wants to feel the heart of the city.
The single room suite Balcony can be considered a window to Chania old Port, since there are four big windows and a balcony, which provide spectacular view.

Most excellent accommodation and personal touch by owner!

This property was one of the most impressive places we’ve stayed in. The room itself was gorgeous and spacious. It had the old time characteristics but with a contemporary feel. Every amenity you could ask for was provided, plenty of outlets, hair dryer, iron and ironing boar. The shower was huge and phenomenal. That all is not even mentioning the beautiful balcony off the front to sit in the evenings and watch people and the lights of old town Harbor come on with a glass of wine, provided by a wonderful host. It absolutely could not have been a more perfect location and we loved every minute of our stay there. It was just so convenient to everything! Our parting gift by the host was extraordinary and such a special touch to remember our stay by. Thank you so much, we miss it already!
