Villa Nikis is an ideal holiday getaway for relaxing in nature, while remaining close to all amenities. The spacious outdoor area surrounded by fruit and vegetable gardens creates a perfect atmosphere for soothing body and mind. The two-storey 240 sq. m villa can accommodate 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms.

-Main living room with a cosy fireplace.
-Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and fixtures, including a dining table.
-Living room opens directly onto the main veranda with an outdoor dining table for alfresco meals.

We had a fantastic week in early August. The villa, pool and other amenities surpassed our expectations. The host was welcoming and gave us lots of tips on where to go, beaches, restaurants and how to use the electric bus to avoid driving in the centre of Chania.

Villa is amazing, so clean and homely - host was so welcoming and happy to help with any aspects of holiday x Villa is amazingly clean , wonderful pool, close enough to get into Chania restaurants and buzz, but far enough out to have peaceful days relaxing Host was there to welcome us, welcome pack and lots of info to help us settle in quickly x100% recommend!! Beautiful villa in a peaceful location just outside Chania. The villa was immaculate & had everything we needed for a lovely stay. Lamprini, our host, was so friendly & helpful. The pool was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommemded.

Beautiful villa!

We have just had the most amazing holiday in Greece with our base being the stunning Villa Nikis. Photographs online don’t do it justice. Gorgeous villa with an amazing host, cant recommend enough. Absolutely everything you could possibly want for your holiday accommodation. Management company, Etouri, are fantastic and so helpful. Booking through Vrbo was so easy with excellent communication and assistance. 10/10 for the whole experience.

Perfect villa in Chania

We had an amazing week in Chania and exploring the west side of Crete. Lamprini's home in Chania was perfect for 3 couples. Mornings were spent exploring or at the beach and back to the amazing pool in the heat of the afternoon. Lamprini was the ultimate host and provided water, coffee and snacks for the first several days which was very welcomed after over 25 hours of traveling. She was easy to contact and available at a moments notice. We would definitely stay again if we venture back to Crete!

Fantastic villa and hosts

Our family had a wonderful 2 weeks staying in Villa Nikis - beautiful villa, pool, gardens, views and walking distance to local restaurants, amenities and 8 minutes drive into Chania. As well as Chania we explored the western coast of Crete (stunning beaches and lagoons) and the local Theriso gorge and village. Lamprini welcomed us into her home and spent much time suggesting places to visit and eat; such thoughtfulness, kindness and attention to detail make Lamprini the ultimate host. We have no hesitation recommending Villa Nikis as a perfect location for exploring Chania and Western Crete.

Hospitality Exceeded

The property is as shown, as described, and the assistance the host provided cannot be captured by words. The house was clean, spacious, and provided everything for a fantastic weekend (or week) getaway. It's a bit further inland, but provided a quiet calm from the city, views of the mountains, and a short walk (<5 mins) from a FANTASTIC restaurant Antikristos! The pool, the garden, and the rooftop patio all provided a great place to spend time with friends and/or family. From the meeting with the host when we first arrived, to the bottles of water and the chocolates provided for our consumption, everything was thought of to make our stay memorable. Thank you.

Excellent Holiday Villa

What can I say about Villa Nikis other than exceptional. From the moment we arrived Lamprini made us feel so welcome; she gave us the guided tour and lots of useful information on Chania and the whole island. A real in-house tourist guide! The villa is a real home from home and has everything you could possibly want. If there is anything you need Lamprini will do her best to get it for you. Chania is a 10 minute drive from the villa, and not having a car we were reliant on taxi's. The direct line to Etouri from the villa is an excellent service, which we used regularly. Would definitely recommend this villa and fingers crossed we will be able to return in the future.

Great villa and experience from start to finish

Great villa which catered for all 7 of us easily. The host was there to meet us upon arrival and give us a guided tour. The use of the bikes enabled us to get to shops easily for snacks. The pool is huge and can easily accommodate more people. It was a great holiday from start to finish and we would definitely return again. Thank you for allowing us to have a great holiday!!

A perfect holiday rental with the perfect host! In a quiet neighborhood to return to and close enough to the city to spend the afternoons and evenings ambling around. Lamprini was a wonderful host, with details of where and how to go and always helpful when required. We had the perfect week.

A “not so” little Greek Palace

This was a fantastic place to stay, for our first trip to a Greece. The Owners were so genuinely warm and welcoming. We arrived late at night and Lamprini was there to greet us and show us around despite the late hour, thank you. We also had some very nice local essentials that Lamprini had organised for us. It gave us a relaxing start to our holiday. This was very much appreciated, along with the many recommendations of where to go for the best days out and best restaurants, thank you. The house was like a little palace with all you could need for a great holiday. The Kids (big and small), loved the magnificent pool with its crystal clear water and the wifi kept them occupied in the evenings, if we were not out and about. The bedrooms had quality air-con and mod-cons which gave us all a much needed rest at night from the glorious Greek sunshine. The house has convenience shops 5min and 10min walk away which was very handy. There’s taverns all around, closest is 3-4mins walk from the front gate, with great slow-cooked quality dishes, yum! Careful to note, starters are usually sharing sizes! Chania is only about 5-8 minutes drive, meaning a quick taxi drive away. The harbour in Chania and the endless surrounding pedestrian streets with great restaurants and holiday shops were a wonderful pastime that were enjoyed by us all. We cant recommend this place highly enough. The best place we've stayed. We hope that we will be lucky enough to return again, one day. Superb home from home villa!!

We had a fantastic week in Villa Nikis. Upon arrival we were met by the owner Lamprini who was so lovely and gave us so much info on things to do in the area. She was so welcoming and we could ask her anything. The villa itself is furnished lovely and really does feel like a home from home with everything you could possibly need in it. The swimming pool is one of the best we ve used, a lovely spacious area around it and was enjoyed by us all. We had a fantastic week and it was only a 5-10min drive into Chania! Would definitely recommend and hopefully we will be back one day.

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie doorgebracht in deze villa. De eigenaresse vindt niets teveel om het je naar de zin te maken. Letterlijk alles is er, spelletjes, luchtbedjes voor in de prachtige pool, zwembandjes, ligbedden, badhanddoeken. De keuken is heel compleet ingericht. De villa ligt in een prachtige tuin met een grote aantal fruitbomen. Als je in de juiste jaargetijde bent kun je zo je fruitsalade in de tuin plukken. Je kunt op elk moment van de dag ergens in de schaduw zitten. De airco’s op de slaapkamers werken prima in de huiskamer hangt er helaas (nog) geen. Wij bevelen deze villa van harte aan!!!!

Better than in the pictures

The apartment was really great. There were terraces and balconies everywhere. It was nice to swim in the pool when it was heated. The owner was there to meet us when we arrived. She showed the apartment and was really friendly and nice. She also said goodbye to us as we left. There is nothing to criticize about this, only praise! I highly recommend!
