Villa Carmelina: breathtaking view of the sea (1km from the sandy beach of KALATHAS) and the Lefak Hori mountains (2800 m above sea level). Private infinity pool of 50m² with night lighting, a large garden (1000m²). The large fully equipped kitchen, living room is with open fire, dining room, office, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, bubble / steam bath. Facilities: satellite TV, AirCo, WIFI, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, BBQ with covered outdoor dining area, night lighting, terraces with garden furniture, lawn. The house is located 5 km from Chania, 4 from the airport, children's playground and grocery store in the village 200m, restaurants, banks, shops, doctor and pharmacy 2km (Kounoupidiana), private outdoor parking.
