Sensacional, sendo uma edícula nada deixa a desejar, espaço amplo com total privacidade, muito bem equipado e se por um acaso falte algo a Dona Dulce proprietária está a disposição para ajudar. Meiga e inteligente se torna uma vizinha querida. Agora faz parte da família! Super indico o condomínio é espetacular.

segurança e descanso

Um condominio de casas excelente, seguro, tranquilo, silencioso. A casa alugada é um anexo da casa do proprietário, entrada pela lateral da casa principal e duas ou três fotos são da casa do proprietário e não fazem parte da parte alugada. Porém é um local calmo, tranquilo, mas pequeno para 9 pessoas. Tem piscina, sala conjugada com a cozinha e em cima duas suites, sendo uma com cama de casal e solteiro e outra com 3 camas de casal. A proprietária é extremamente atenciosa e gentil, solicita, é um lugar para poucas pessoas.

Ambiente compartilhado com a dona da casa. Fotos do anúncio de ambientes que não estão disponíveis pra usar, pois são fotos da parte da casa que a dona usa. Até o bebedouro da casa é usado pela dona, que abre a porta que liga as casas e entra a hora que quer. Não me senti a vontade e saí do lugar. O anúncio não diz que fica nos fundos da casa do dono, que o dono fica o tempo todo com a porta que liga os ambientes aberto e qualquer barulho entra na parte que vc aluga pra saber o que tá acontecendo. Deparamos com o marido da dona as 7h da manhã dentro da parte que aluguei pegando água pra fazer café. Aluguei espaço total pra ter privacidade e não compartilhar espaço com a dona da casa. Foi me oferecido o espaço da casa toda mas por outro valor. Fiquei só uma noite.
