Family Holiday

A lovely relaxing holiday with numerous day trips into Paris to watch Olympic events. The pool was a great way to cool off each day.

Fantastic Property with exceptional property manager

We stayed for one week in July/Aug and had a fantastic time. The house is very clean and tidy with a great set of facilities, particularly for children (cot, high chair, stair gates etc). The pool is definitely the highlight at it is very well maintained and is heated which means it can be used for the whole family. Geanina is an amazing host who responds promptly to requests and is really helpful in making your stay perfect. There is a good supermarket (Intermarche) within 10 mins drive and also an amazing patisserie and boulangerie (Aux Co'Pains Gourmands).

Quiet countryside luxury

This is such a special place. The location is very quiet and beautiful but the home and pool are the standout stars. Considering the age of the property, we expected it to be very clean but not pristine. It became a joke that we couldn’t find one inch of the property that wasn’t utterly spotless. The couple are lovely and the home has everything you need even with young children. They made us feel very welcome. Thank you for a beautiful holiday.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home in a lovely tranquil village. The house was so clean and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The pool was probably the cleanest we have ever had on holiday and was so much appreciated in the hot weather. The location was great, within easy reach of Paris and Le Mans and lots of interesting nearby villages. The hosts were really friendly and very helpful.

Perfect family getaway retreat.

Beautiful house in rural France, located in the peaceful village of Chapelle-Guillaume. Geanina met us on arrival to give us a genuinely warm welcome and show us all that the house had to offer. Fantastically equipped kitchen, numerous areas to sit and relax both indoors and outdoors, and the great pool. There's a large garden which overlooks fields and woodland, perfect for evening BBQs. There's a small town about 6km away, with a supermarket and a couple of boulangeries. All in all it's the perfect place for a relaxing escape away from it all. It looks good in the photos, but even better in real life. Thanks Geanina for a brilliant holiday.

Hebergement tres propre et nouvellement rĂ©novĂ© cependant l'Ă©tage comprote des passage tres bas de plafonds, ce qui est un gros dĂ©sagrĂ©ment pour les personnes de grande taille. Un connexion internet instable et difficile fmdans certaine partie de la maison peuvent compliquer le sejour si celle-ci est indispensable. Pour finir le jardin est accessible unquement via un escalier oĂču faire le tour par en sortant dans la rue. Toute la maison est tres bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec un merveilleuse et spacieuse cuisine, une belle piscine, un beau jardin et le calme de la campagne ont fait de ce sejour un sejour tres agreable pour toute la famille.

Heerlijke vakantie in Frankrijk!!

Fijn huis met heerlijke tuin om 2 weken te verblijven. Zwembad was verwarmd, waardoor het iedere dag, zwemweer was. Ook de veranda in de ochtend met een kopje koffie werd zeer gewaardeerd. Het dorp zelf was heel rustig, gelegen in een mooi agrarisch landschap. De dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt en bakker zijn 7 min rijden in een dorpje verderop. In de omgeving is genoeg te ontdekken en beleven, van kastelen en forten tot kanoën een grot en in onze periode zelfs een middeleeuws festival. Ook een bezoek aan grote steden zoals Orleans en Le Mans (met race-circuit) zijn goed te doen. Onze twee weken zijn voorbij gevlogen. We willen zeker nog eens terug.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Es handelt sich um ein sehr altes, aber sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. Mit Kicker, viel KĂŒchenzubehör, riesiger Couch und grossen TV. Garten und Pool sind gepflegt. Aber: Die Betten sind leider keine StandardlĂ€nge, fĂŒr Menschen ab 1,75/1,80 zu kurz. Das Dorf ist sehr heruntergekommen, das Nachbarhaus verfallen. Auf dem Dach kĂ€mpfen nachts Katzen. Alles in allem: Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit mit der Familie, uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen kann ich es nicht.

SEJOUR PARFAIT

La maison est idéale pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Elle est trÚs bien décorée et équipée comme si vous étiez chez vous. Elle est spacieuse, à 7 nous étions à l'aise. La piscine chauffée a fait le bonheur des petits et des grands. Nous y retournerons surement car pour passer des bons moments et se reposer elle est parfaite.

SĂ©jour des plus reposant aux portes du Perche

Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour pour trouver de la dĂ©tente et du repos dans ce gĂźte au milieu de la campagne percheronne. Le gĂźte est trĂšs bien tenu, bien Ă©quipĂ© et spacieux pour 4 personnes. La terrasse est trĂšs agrĂ©able pour les repas en famille avec une vue sur la campagne et le jardin. La piscine est assez spacieuse et propre et bien chauffĂ©e. C’est un vrai plus de ce gĂźte. Merci aux propriĂ©taires pour cet agrĂ©able sĂ©jour.

Nice house and beautifull garden and pool

The house is great with lots of space, big kitchen and livingroom. Nice play areas for the kids. Everything is clean and up to date. Outside is the very beautifull garden with private pool and terras. The location is very quiet, but the small town not so much to do. Supermarket by car is approx 10 minutes

belle escapade dans le Perche

Nous avons passĂ© un merveilleux sĂ©jour chez Geanina, ils ont Ă©tĂ© arrangeants sur nos horaires d'arrivĂ©e et dĂ©part, tout Ă©tait trĂšs propre, trĂšs bien rangĂ©, la maison Ă©tait idĂ©ale pour 8 personnes, entre amis. Nous avons Ă©galement bien profitĂ© de la piscine chauffĂ©e et du barbecue. MĂȘme quand il pleuvait, il y a un espace extĂ©rieur Ă  l'abri. Rien Ă  dire, nous sommes ravis et gardons cette adresse pour la prochaine fois ! Merci pour tout !

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon rĂ©veillon de NoĂ«l dans cette demeure pleine de charme...Deux belles et grandes piĂšces (salon et cuisine), nous permettent de nous retrouver tous ensemble; d'autres espaces nous donne la possibilitĂ© d'ĂȘtre plus isolĂ©s, et les 3 chambres sont agrĂ©ables. Nous nous sommes promis d'y retourner aux beaux jours, afin de profiter pleinement de l'extĂ©rieur ! Merci Ă  nos hĂŽtes pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse...

Une grande et agréable maison avec une belle ùme

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour en famille et avec des amis dans cette maison Ă  la fois dans son jus et moderne. Tout y Ă©tait fonctionnel et bien dĂ©corĂ©. Petit bĂ©mol sur les Ă©chardes sur le solarium en bois pour les petons de nos enfants ainsi que sur la literie pas trĂšs confortable et l’église toute proche qui sonne toutes les heures ainsi que les matines Ă  7:00 du matin mais cela ne nous a pas empĂȘchĂ© de passer de trĂšs bon moments. Les hĂŽtes sont trĂšs Ă  l’écoute et accueillants.

Des vacances formidables!

La maison est Ă©quipĂ©e de tout le nĂ©cessaire et Ă©tait propre. La cuisine est spacieuse et rĂ©pond Ă  toutes les attentes. Le salon dispose d’un grand canapĂ© d’oĂč six adultes peuvent facilement regarder la tĂ©lĂ©. L’acces Ă  Netflix et Disney, avec votre propre compte, Ă©tait dĂ©finitivement un plus. Le jardin est entiĂšrement clĂŽturĂ© et notre chien s’est amusĂ© comme un petit fou. La piscine est chauffĂ©e et ne nĂ©cessite aucun entretien pendant le sĂ©jour. IntermarchĂ©, boulangerie et boucherie sont disponibles dans le village voisin. Environnement agrĂ©able avec de belles promenades pour se dĂ©tendre complĂštement dans la nature. Le contact avec les propriĂ©taires a Ă©tĂ© cordial. La rĂ©ception s’est dĂ©roulĂ©e sans problĂšme et de maniĂšre amicale. Nous serons heureux de revenir ici!
