Windows and doors curtainless to allow daylight. A brand new pool area in the back patio, include a guest house suite for 2 people and with only ceiling fan. Available also for long term rentals. All furnished with kitchen appliances, tv, washer, dryer, air conditioner. Guard taker for the house in case renters need assistant. Just a few meters from the ocean.
