Many activities and local sites are within walking distance. If you have a small to mid-sized vehicle, I highly recommend that you leave your vehicle in my parking lot during your stay & utilize Uber, a pedi-cab, or rent a bike to explore the city (i.e. The City Market, Rainbow Row, South Battery, etc).

Great walkable neighborhood! Definitely recommend the Italian restaurant Allora! Amazing food and right around the corner. We were able to park and leave the car unless we were headed to the waterfront, super convenient.

The apt is in a good location, easy parking space, and was clean but it is not a one bedroom as listed - it is a very small studio. She did refund us a small portion of our stay. To avoid this happening to others It should be listed as a Studio apt and not a one bedroom.

Such a cute little place for a couples getaway! The location is great with it being close to downtown but also not too close. Everything was clean and met our expectations! Seantell was a great host, that was always available to answer any questions. Highly recommend!

Host was very good with communication. Very easy check in process. Great location, close to everything.Parking lot was a little tight, we rented a car, but you may be able to get away with just ride shares pretty easy. Had a small fridge for water and drinks. Bed was comfy. Clean, nice shower.

It was a great appartment in walkable distance to the King street and a lot of different breakfast places and restaurants. It was great to have parking. We have easy and quick communication with the host. As a small detail but very improtant for me: it was really nice to have a dyson hairdryer.

The room was very comfortable with a private little porch to enjoy relaxing with a glass of your favorite beverage. The bathroom is small but very clean and modern. A couple of small breakfast places close. Less than a mile walk to downtown. Comfortable bed. Equipped with a Keurig, coffee, creamer, sugar, wine, microwave.

Great experience over all. Super comfy bed with great pillows. Immaculately clean and stylishly decorated. We particularly enjoyed the added touch of a keurig & a selection of teas & coffees, which we enjoyed on the piazza both mornings.
