We were not notified that the property was under construction until the time to check in. Meanwhile, we paid full rate as if the place has not been under construction, this is a terrible misrepresentation.
I booked a King Suite with Sofa, but upon arrival, I was given a standard King Room. The front desk told me the suite was unavailable and that the hotel was fully booked. They also claimed I had booked a King Pet-Friendly Room—which was inaccurate according to my confirmation.
Since it was already late, I had no choice but to stay. The hotel offered no meaningful solution or compensation for the downgrade, and I was left paying for a room type I never received. To make matters worse, they provided an extra mattress as a substitute for the missing sofa bed—and later charged me for it.
The staff was not polite or helpful, which made an already frustrating experience even worse.
I will not be returning to this property and strongly advise others to double-check their reservations and be prepared for poor service and follow-through.
The room was great thankfully because all of that dust, dirt, banging, sawing, was unacceptable. No swimming pool available. It just wasn’t somewhere people should be staying in for a restful night sleep. You should really consider closing until all those workers coming in and out are finished, so people can enjoy themselves. It was my first vacation in 10 years and the hotel was not up to par in any ways - the conditions!!!!!

Our room was great. The first room they put us in the ac wasn't working well, but they moved us to another room. Parking was a little tricky but they let us park in valet when there weren't any parking spaces left. The only let down was they were remodeling and the gym and pool were closed. So when you first go inside it makes you think twice about your booking since it's got so much plastic and construction going on. But like I said we were happy with our room.
Employees are friendly and attentive.
In the middle of renovation. Room was clean and satisfactory.
The door was open before I entered. The door was poorly built and would not close unless I pushed in hard.Other than that, it was comfortable. Thanks.
Had a very bad experience. Multiple issue ranging from telephone not working to toilet flush not working. Had to fill the dustbin with water and clear the toilet.

Besides walking into a construction zone my room was great so no complaints
Under renovation. Thats there excuse. I stayed 2 nights no one came and gave me new towels took my trash out. No gym. Breakfast was horrible and we paid full price. I need a discount a free night or something.
Room was good... Updated, clean, comfortable.
The lobby was under construction and quite a mess. A little heads-up would have prepared me for what to expect, but other than that surprise, it was a fine stay.

Property currently under construction. As long as you are fine with this you will have no issues. Definitely a better price than surrounding hotels
