It is LOUD and it is loud ALL NIGHT. Music pumping into our room well past midnight, people screaming and carrying on as late as 3am.

The first floor suites were very loud during the night. The heat or AC system made loud noises like fans grinding. The 2nd floor ceiling looks like partially removed and screwed back on-and light shined thru crack during night. Resort fees high. Valet services were great!!

We had a lovely time with our two daughters and another family who we have vacationed with for years. The rooms were spacious for a family of four (two teenage girls) and the staff was very gracious. Would return here again. Thank you!

It was our daughter and her fiance birthdays. We came and told the hotel. They did nothing to make them feel special or accommodated. We have stayed there a few times and had planned to have a block of rooms for their wedding in fall but now rethinking that

Front desk Brandon was very accommodating for our girls weekend to get us on the same floor. Comfortable room. Charming hotel. Great location. A few luke-warm to cold showers unfortunately. Food delicious. Bartenders friendly. Only one incident with a waiter who yelled at our group for trying to be helpful with a guest whom we thought was going to be sick; Very unprofessional. The back bar where incident took place wasn’t fully stocked either. The new waiter took good care of us though. Overall, recommend the Emeline.
