I called for the hotel's shuttle to pick me up. While i waited 30 minutes for the Fairfield shuttle, the shuttles for two other airport hotels came by. I could have selected either of those two hotels on Expedia instead of the Fairfield. When I called after 30 minutes, I was told the driver could not get the shuttle to start. When I asked if I was just supposed to stand there , I was told they couldn't call me back because they didn't have my number. I would have to make other arrangements to get to the hotel.
The staff apparently believes it can urinate on my leg and persuade me it's raining. All they have confirmed is that Marriott has gone straight downhill since it acquired Westin. This is just the last of too many incidents invoving Marriott. There are too many alternatives to continue to use Marriott.
