My room smells like chlorine on top of dog urine. My bed sheets smelled like disinfectant and was not comfortable. I had reservations for 4 nights and I’m leaving in 3. The location is great but that’s about it.

Just don’t do it.

We were charged our deposit even though there were no damages. We called and they said they would credit us $55 and the ended up charging us an additional $55.

Great Location

Very convenient location ! Room was clean, water is VERY hot, breakfast was average. The hot water was great, but may be an issue with small kids. Breakfast ends at 9am , a little early for a vacation. Saw families with small children in their PJ's rushing to make it. in time. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Would have liked cleaning at some point in our 4 days stay, not necessarily laundry but trash and towels would have been nice.

What I did like about this property was the “set up” of the inside. It’s just different. And I mean that with that being the only good thing about the place. Now where do I start with what I didn’t like? Well they charge $250 fee if you’re paying cash and live within a 40 mile radius… but $150 if you live outside the 40 mile zone (resident/non-resident) What else… the staff.. I’d have to say the only somewhat friendly person was the young female who works in the morning. I was given the option to see the room….before I unloaded my things and as soon as i opened the door it smelt like straight up marijuana and mind you they have a “no smoking” policy and supposedly smoke alarms that don’t even work. Next, the front desk gave my room number out to someone who should not have been given out that information.. I did not give them permission rather I called 30 minutes prior and asked that they DO NOT GIVE OUT MY ROOM # and they said oh no we don’t do that. But when i made a big deal about it they got mad @ me like it was my fault. Instead of offering me a different room for my safety for the night they actually came and knocked on my door after calling 4 times back to back and told me if this crazy dude comes back again he’s going to have to kick me out for causing a disturbance at his place of business. Very unprofessional, they did not handle the situation well at all instead I felt scared for my life and nobody or nothing could change that. Which is very unfortunate

Amazing stay but missing a few things.

The bed was comfortable. We were disappointed there wasn’t a small refrigerator in the room. We had some items in a cooler that needed to be kept cool. I also had to ask for a hair dryer, which is typically in the room. Overall the room was nicely done.

I can only speak to our experience in the extra building on the property where you enter rooms from the outside. I don't know how the main building is. The first room we stayed in, the door wouldn't even open. You had to literally shove the door hard in order to get into the room. We asked for a new room. The new room ended up having a leak from the ceiling. We stayed one night and checked out the next day. This property is very old and rundown. I would not recommend it.

I love that it was on a marina. I think they should do a deep clean on their rooms. Cleaing behind refrigerators and deskes to prevent dust build up and bugs like roaches.

Check in process was easy. Two folks checking in were amazing. I highly recommend doing the pre-check in. Several items broken in the room. All in the bathroom. Shower head squirting water out the side, spigot coming out of the wall, and TP holder was broken. Everything else was great. What I don’t like is charging people to park. My wife and I stay here a lot and this is new. Not cool to charge people to park.
