The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 2 blocks from King St, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. The home is in an extremely safe area.

Every single detail of this home was perfection. From table side sleep machine, charging stand, drain filter in shower, makeup wipes to shower amenities (none of this was expected) this property didn’t overlook one thing! The laundry machines being so convenient, the spacing of rooms with each individual bathroom to a fully outfitted kitchen (hard to cook when centrally located with fabulous restaurants though) the parking was so easy as they have their own space. Loved the porch most as our family gathered and hung bw early mornings and late nights. If they are not already (i would need to check) Tom and Hannah are SUPER hosts!

My friends and I were lucky to find this lovely home in the heart of Charleston. It was a perfect place to spend a long weekend. Great location, very clean and a beautiful home which included 3 large bedrooms and every amenity you’d need when visiting a home away from home. The hosts, Tom and Hannah, were extremely responsive to our questions and providing comprehensive information about the home and the surrounding area. We were all very impressed and would highly recommend selecting this great location when visiting Charleston.

Tom and Hannah have created a great place to land while staying in Charleston. Not only was it one of the cleanest VRBOs I have stayed in, the location can't be beat. Easy access to everything, even great options to ealk to. Beds were so comfortable, I asked where they were from as I need a new mattress. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Check in and out are super easy. I wouldn't hesitate to choose staying here again if I return to the area.

It is a beautiful home in the heart of downtown. We stayed one night- wish we could have stayed longer but there on business. Would recommend to list restaurants and coffee places in the booklet with addresses for nearby walking distance popular locations. Also note, there’s limited parking at this residence which is clearly stated in the description. Overall, a really great stay!

We loved our stay. Very cute decor and loved the front porch. Great location - three blocks from King St. Our SUV was too large for the on-site parking behind the home, but it worked out great because the hosts provided street parking passes and we were able to park right in front of the house. The hosts were so great with communication and provided a nice binder in the home of things to do in the area. We would definitely stay again.

Great location and very comfortable. A few minor notes/suggestions: Please lower the shower curtain rod so that the shower curtain contains the water from the shower- lots of towels needed after shower. If the upstairs rental is occupied, you will be able to hear every step taken and talking from those guests. The parking spot in the back was a great value- it does get tight M-F.

Loved the location! Easy access to downtown restaurants and shopping. Having three kings w/ bathrooms worked perfectly for my husband and me and our two college - aged girls. Decor was lovely and furniture and beds were comfortable! The hosts were very responsive. We would definitely return to this property.

This is a beautiful place to stay! They have done a wonderful job with the space and furnishings. Very clean with plenty of extra toilet paper and towels. The parking was an added touch and convenient. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening to have a drink after a day of sightseeing in Charleston. The only two things I would mention is the water pressure in the bathroom sinks were pretty low, almost a trickle at some times. I would probably say this doesn't have anything to do with the house or owners, possibly the city and area. Also you definitely can hear noise from the people above you. All in all this is a great place to stay and would definitely stay again in the future if we are ever back in the area.

Perfect Week!

This was an AMAZING property and my favorite VRBO I've ever booked. Location was awesome and the accommodations were perfect for our group of 3 adults. We loved the living area and the kitchen, and we loved that we all had our own room and bathroom. Hope to stay here again next summer when we are in town!
