Great spot

This was a great little house, well set up, updated and clean. The only downside is the noise. There was a bachelorette next door and a good bit of late night noise on the sidewalk. It's nothing the host can change (and there is a sound machine), but slightly noteworthy if you're sensitive to noise. That being said, we would absolutely stay again!

Great stay in Charleston!

We loved our stay in this house, away from the tourist fray, yet within walking distance. The space was bright, clean, and comfortable.There is a Publix within walking distance, 2 coffee houses are steps away, and the Cannon Street restaurant district is a few blocks away.We used Bounce for storing our luggage prior to checkin, and Bag Valet to handle our luggage on the day we checked out.

The perfect home away from home for Christmas! This home has it all: super clean, comfortable, and convenient! Care has been taken to make this home special for guests: lovely decor from top to bottom. The kitchen was well equipped, right down to the beautiful everyday dishes and glassware. Furnishings are all comfortable and cozy. Parking right behind the house. Only a few steps to cute neighborhood restaurants and shops, and only a couple of blocks to King St. Our son lives in Charleston—we are so happy we have found a home base for when we visit him!

Beautiful home and great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host was very accommodating as we had to change our dates due to an u expected emergency. The home was very clean and I could walk to King Street within 10 minutes and the battery within 20 minutes. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped/. It was great to have private parking and we felt safe in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect and charming stay

This was a perfect spot for a friends trip to Charleston. The area was great for walking around the city and the host made check in very easy. We loved the house, it was well maintained and the right size for our group. Towels, linens and pillows were all good quality. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Charleston.

The row house on Spring Street was very nice. Beds were comfortable and everything one would need was provided. The only downside was that property is located on a fairly busy street. There is traffic noise and noise from people outside. The owner provides a noise machine and ear plugs which did help.

Summer vacation

The property is beautiful and well kept. The location couldn't have been better. Close to everything but not in the middle of all the chaos. Beth the owner was fantastic. Great communication and genuinely wanted to make sure our stay was memorable.
