I absolutely loved my stay at the Pinch. They provided us with a welcome cocktail and upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite upon arrival. The customer service and hospitality was second to none. The room was spacious and gorgeous. The bathroom was well lit and exceptionally clean which was important to me. Housekeeping staff was very detailed and on point. The pastries for the complementary breakfast were delicious and this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

This is truly a charming, historic, and beautiful hotel! Elegance in everything I experienced in our 1 bedroom premium suite! It felt like I was in a European apartment! You have absolutely everything you need and more! The location is perfect, King Street shopping right outside of the hotel, but tucked away in a beautiful alley where the Lowland restaurant (the hotel restaurant) is across the brick paved alley! The breakfast options are lovely! Pastry from a local bakery, and fruit, mini-quiche, homemade granola to go with the yogurt for personal parfait! Coffee is amazing!! Taylor was absolutely incredible! She accommodated me and my husband to extend our stay due to a last minute business meeting I had come up! She was so professional and made sure we were all set! The staff is lovely! I also enjoyed the delicious welcome cocktail, so much, that I got the recipe for a party. We cannot wait to return in December!

Fantastic hotel that’s very walkable. I had a massage in the spa suite that was amazing. Great stay overall. I marked 4 stars because of the noise outside at nighttime. Staff was great and enjoyed the free breakfast.

Amazing get away

A beautiful spot of quiet right in the midst of everything! The staff were and so very helpful! Our room is everything I hoped for and more! I had a business trip right after our anniversary trip and the Pinch has in room washer and dryers! I was able to get my laundry done quickly and efficiently in my own time! Our room had a small little terrace that we were able to enjoy our coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening! When we go back to Charleston the Pinch will be the first place we book!
