This charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath space features a private entrance and an open-concept layout that blends sleeping, dining, and lounging areas—ideal for unwinding after a day exploring Charleston. The queen bed is dressed in luxe linens, and the comfortable sitting area with a Smart HDTV makes it easy to relax at home.

Just off the main living space, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen stocked with essential cookware for simple meals or morning coffee. Parking is stress-free with one dedicated spot in a community lot behind the home.

An airbed is available upon request with 24 hours’ notice. Please note the first floor is occupied by a commercial tenant, adding to the lively neighborhood feel.

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*
