The Space: Our spacious 2nd and 3rd floor condo, ‘The Waltz’, is ideal for large groups with 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths. It is in a prime location on Spring Street. Parking will not be an issue with free off street parking.

Accessed by it own second floor entrance, The Waltz features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal.

Dining table with 6-8 seats and living rooms with high vaulted ceilings. In Suite B a King and Queen bedroom are located on the main level (2nd Floor) level, with one full bathroom. Two guest rooms are located upstairs (3rd Floor) along with two more full ensuite bathrooms. One guest room offers a Queen bed and the other with two Twin beds. Fully equipped kitchens with basic cooking/kitchenware are also located on the main level (2nd Floor). This unit also features a lovely private balcony seating area.

Suite C features a studio living space with a King size bed, a pull out sofa and full ensuite bathroom. Suite C has a private exterior entrance at the back of the home and features it's own private balcony as well with rocking chairs. Both suites are located above a salon on the first floor.

This listing is a bundled deal for both suites B & C. You will have exclusive access to both suites B & C.

*Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are
first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside

All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The Wonderer management team.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
