We travelled for a family death and funeral, but after going to the hospital immediately upon arrival, we did not arrive at the location until after midnight. We tried to contact the host when the keypad did not work, but did not hear back until later that morning, so had to find a motel in the middle of the night. Due to that problem and the circumstances, the host promised to refund our money, but he did not. I don’t wish to disparage the host, but we were terribly disappointed and inconvenienced.
