I slept very well on that nice comfortable cushy bed. Some damage was seen in the room. The mayor had a crack in it and the safe was busted in them. Coffee machine was broken. However, they did bring me a new coffee maker. The water in the shower Could not be adjusted. It was pretty hot and could not turn down to cooler temperature.

Love the Aloft

I really enjoy staying at the Aloft, have numerous times in various cities. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. The air conditioner was rather noisy, but as it turns out, helped block the road noise. I was surprised that there was racing on the streets each night and even during the day. Having the bar and basic food items on site was awesome.

We enjoyed our stay at the Aloft. I thought breakfast was included but it wasn't. The internet didn't always stay connected. The staff was amazing.

Valet nightmare

This hotel has a third-party valet company parking cars, and they left our car on all night because when we checked out the next day, our car wouldn't start. The valet manager jumped our vehicle so we could go to an auto store to buy a new battery. The hotel staff took the valet charge off my bill. The room was nice until we needed to shower and/or wash our hands. Even on the coldest setting, the water was extremely hot.
