Sheets had lots of stains

The couch smelled of urine. The bed sheets and blankets had stains in it. I seen 2 bugs on the room, one which was in the bed. I left soon after checking in. The check in ladies was very nice.

house cleaning does not come every day, only on 3rd day. does not empty garbage or replenish bathroom supplies and towels on daily basis. had to ask front desk every day. furniture is not kept clean, sticky surfaces. carpets are old and smell bad. so much furniture in room that king bed was right up against the window and ac unit, making it difficult to access bed on that side. Mattress was too soft, probably old. Very disappointing for the price paid.

Overall the stay here was good. The front desk person I think Pam was very friendly. The downfall to the room was door didn't lock, but had the bar at the top that we used. The bed was very close to the ac unit not allowing a lot of walking space. And the amenities was all squeeze type except the soap. This needs to be upgraded. Would stay again.

Overall, my stay wasn’t too bad. The hotel itself needs some work done and they are currently remodeling. My major concern is my room not being the best kept. I didn’t recognize how it wasn’t really clean until I got settled in. From looks of it whoever was in there previously, didn’t clean leftover strands of hair. Nor did they properly clean the floors in that room either. It’s unfortunate housekeeping are doing their due diligence; & them not having the proper time to clean every room as it should be.

The lady at the front desk was great , really my only issue was they charge a $200 deposit. A lot of places charge one, so I was prepared for one. But not for $200. Other than that it was great.

Just an ok experience the lady working front desk was not competant and no body there to help her. Seems poorly managed, fees when i get there and was not disclosed when i booked, only would take a card for deposit. All around bad experience

Front desk staff very friendly. Room was dirty in the bathroom and the sofa bed had numerous stains. No sheets were provided for sofa bed so we had to go get sheets from front desk. Staff was very friendly though. The exterior was being painted so that was a con and the area was messy but it’s understandable.
