Unfortunately, there was mold growing on the bed when we unfolded the sofa-bed where our children were supposed to sleep.
We brought it to the attention of the staff member on duty at the front desk. He offered us a new room that had a pungent odor, then became belligerent when we asked for a new sofa bed or a different room that didn't smell badly.
It was a surprising set of circumstances that the room was so bad AND the service was so bad. We packed our bags and got out of there without sleeping there for a single night!
Bless your heart of you stay there and get a good room that doesn't have mold and that doesn't have a pungent odor, or some other problem! But that was our experience.
Lastly, before the mgr, gets on this platform and refutes everything we say, please note, we took pictures and video.
Expedia responded in a very supportive and professional manner. The hotel staff did not (including the manager we spoke to).
