I loved that D. was able to fix an issue with the Laundry area. My only caveat is they weren’t able to refund me for a “Tide detergent” I purchased there with cash since I couldn’t use it any longer because of the laundry issue.

Room had a mildew smell , linens were not clean. Had a staff banging on neibours door at 2am starled me from my sleep gave me a panic as a solo female traveller. Yelled at him to turn TV off. The only disturbance was the staff yelling. This is a kids sports travel hotel they should have better noise proofing and not run around yelling at people. The breakfast was not really edicble and serving expired yogurt. I travel bi weekly so its just this hotel not the chain.
