A Hampton Inn to be proud of

My stay was for a visit w my granddaughter who attends UNC in Charlotte. After a busy day ut was so comfortable to relax and take advantage of the fine accommodations All staff were exceptional and the atay was wonderful I qill stay Hampton Inn for all future visits. Btw the breakfast was awesome..lots of choices!

Not bad for the price

Stayed for a business trip. For department across the street was not great for any amount of sleep. The thin doors and walls left nothing to the imagination for walking down the hall to the elevator or through the walls. The staff were great. Breakfast was typical. They did have 2 nice waffle makers that had both mini and normal waffke choices. Rooms were fine. Some of the pressboard furniture pieces had seen better days .. but it was priced around $100, so I didn't expect fabulous. The coffee in the lobby was room temperature and the hot water for tea or cocoa was even cooler. I ended up throwing out the one package of hot chocolate .. it would not dissolve in the cool water. It was a nice gesture though. The shower only had shsmpoo and shower gel in the larger attached containers .. so bring your own conditioner ladies! Clean, spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows. All in all it was fine ... except the extra noise distractions.

Great Stay

From check-in to check-out, it was a pleasurable experience. The front staff was great. People were not hanging out inside or outside of the hotel and the stay was quiet. The breakfast bar offered a variety of breakfast foods. The fact the room had a refrigerator and microwave was a plus.
