Staff is very nice and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the quietness of the rooms. Some nice breakfast options at the hotel and very close to shopping and additional dining options as well.

Had a great stay at the Hampton Inn at Steele creek. My Son was able to enjoy the pool, my daughter enjoyed lounging in the room on that comfy bed and of course me and my husband enjoyed the free daily breakfast. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in Steele creek. location is very convenient to shopping area walking distant to everything.

The room was comfortable and clean. Easy friendly check in. Breakfast was good our 1st day. The second breakfast kept getting too low so all we had was coffee. The hotel is ib the perfect spot.

We were in Charlotte for a family event/graduation and it was really nice to have our own place to retreat, refresh and rest. Hotel was quiet, comfortable, clean and breakfast was really good. We recommend and would stay here again

After a long day working a wedding catering event, I had to check in late at night - and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. The two front desk staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and just what I needed to rest and recharge.

This the second Hampton Inn stay in the past year. Neither were pleasant. I’ve been dying at Hampton Inns foe years now. The last two stays (Greensboro and Charlotte were awful. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. This latest visit in Charlotte I actualy checked out at 1:00AM the first night. I drove down the street and checked in to another hotel. I could not deal with another horrible sleepless night at a Hampton Inn.

Typical hotel with normal unfriendly staff. Charge for $15 car parking fee and $50 deposit. Breakfast is not good as well. Small room but clean. Good location but traffic is terrible all day.
