Sooo bummed the pool heater was broken. I was on floor 5 and traveling alone. Doors slammed all night, just from opening and closing so loudly. 5am someone pounded on my door, woke me up screaming because i thought They were coming in. Ended up my next two nights sleeping with the table in front of the door.

Outside of the property was very clean. I was charged for parking which was not discussed during check in. Bathroom was average, very dusty base boards. Room was very small for the price we payed.

My issues with the stay had nothing to do with the staff. The breakfast was good checking in and checking out was fast and very friendly. The room was a large room and I liked it except the lighting was horrible. It was a 600+ square foot room w 3 lamps and ZERO over head lighting except for in the bathroom. It was clean except for multiple hairs I found in the bathroom shower and sink, Yuck! The other issue which was an absolute nightmare was the smell from the bathroom. Every time someone from another room used the restroom you could smell it in our bathroom that was a major problem! Also one of the main reasons I booked this room and hotel was for the indoor pool which was closed because the pools heater was broken and had been for a period of time, so no swimming! The water in the pool was literally so cold that if you were to jump in you could have been in serious trouble!! I would not recommend this room to anyone. I paid almost 400$ for 2 nights of being unable to use the full kitchen after dusk because you could barely see your hand in front of your face and smelling others use the restroom like I was at a dirty smelly gas station bathroom!! Unbelievable that this room had a 9.0 excellent/exceptional rating!! Complete waste of money and what was suppose to be a great weekend was ruined!

I called because our plane got delayed and we had to check in after 1am . We just wanted to make sure that someone knew . I talked to the two nastiest workers I’ve ever talked to . If it had not been for that I would have given more stars. The room is not very big . The bathroom is almost bigger than the room . The sofa is not a pullout and only a toddler can sleep on it .
