The property is nice however having to pay for parking is absurd. It's not gated, covered, valet or otherwise special from any other hotel parking lot that is free.

Loved it. Very professional staff atnfront desk nade check in hassle free. Te bar at the lobby was great. The bartender wasnsuper friendly and service oriented. The drinks were great too. The food served was fresh and delicious. The prices were good too. The whole stay was spectacular. Will definently be staying again!

The airport shuttle from Hilton garden inn never arrived. I called them 3 times and told them we were at terminal #4. Each time dispatch told me 10-15 minutes. On the 3rd call they informed me that I needed to go the terminal #1. Why didn’t they tell me that in the beginning AND include that in the email message instructing me to call the shuttle number. Finally, a shuttle driver from Hilton airport saw us and offered a ride. Cheers to him! We waited 40 minutes. Upon arrival at the hotel, the reception clerk did not welcome, did not even look at ys. He asked for my name and then gave me the key. I was disappointed at the lack of common courtesy. We traveled a month in Spain, had good service but back in USA, we had a rude reception.
