Home 2 never disappoint me at all. This is the only hotel I'll go to. Only thing is the bed needs to be replaced it was kinda hard that's it. Other than that everything was great.

Overall this hotel was fine. The employees were all very friendly. But this Home 2 Suites falls short of others we’ve stayed at of the same name. Hallway carpets seriously need a steam cleaning-they’re very stained and several of the hallway lights need replacing. Our door lock didn’t line up quite right and required a lot of strength to get it to lock. The biggest issue was it was hands down the worst breakfast I’ve seen at a hotel ever. Which is REALLY difficult with kids. Everything was both overcooked and cold. Whatever meat was served was questionable-seemed like plant based?. The waffle iron needs replacing-burned the top and bottom but left the middle raw and gooey, tried several times. My kids said the cereal was stale. Finally on our last day we gave up in favor of breakfast from Dunkin across the street.

Upon checking on the lobby air conditioner was not working and the entire lobby area was very hot. I asked attendant was the rooms air working . They told me yes. I continued my check in and got into my room and I had a 2 br queen suite , now the living room area was rather warm but in the bedroom area it was very cool as normal. Well I spoke to front and one clerk told me they did not have any rooms (suites ) available and were booked . The next clerk when I went back down to front desk later after being agitated she told me that she could send maintenance up who was just coming on duty. Time went by then hour or so later o rechecked with her because no one had came to room and she told me the maintenance man who was their to check on AC was not allowed to work or check on the AC in rooms . So she suggested she could bring me a fan or a portable AC ..... as I checked out I still did not get that fan or AC unit. This was totally unacceptable to place someone in . Never experienced this before but it was extremely miserable for my family and I

My room was very spacious and I love the modern design! The only issue that I had was the shower....it was missing one if the glass sliding doors and I had to soak up water in the bathrooms and kitchen....wasn't a huge deal but just a little disturbing...everything else was absolutely perfect! I would definitely book a room with them again in the future!

The mattress is wore out. Very uncomfortable. Room had a small smell... like it was from floors being wet at some point.

The only thing i didn't like was the bathroom. The room i was in only had one glass door it was suppose to have two and water went everywhere. I ended up changing rooms.
