This was our second time staying here in the last few weeks. And it was a great stay. The hotel/room is clean and quiet. The staff is always so nice. Darius especially who checked us in. He was so nice & personable. He even remembered ua from our previous stay. Will definitely stay here again.

We live locally but stayed uptown to enjoy a Charlotte Knights game. This hotel was fabulous! The room was huge, clean, and had a great view. Walking distance to Truist Field, Spectrum Center, and so much more. The staff was also lovely. Breakfast was also well stocked with lost of options. The only small issue is how long it took to get the car from valet as we followed the directions told to us by texting a particular number. After 20 minutes, my son inquired and he was told it is so busy on the weekend that they don't have time to "check the system" so it's best to just tell them when you need your car. This should have simply been communicated

We've stayed here several times and it is our favorite in Charlotte. Quiet, great breakfast and very clean. We love the bar and lounge area. Staff is amazing and very helpful. Can't wait to go back!

The Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful about the surrounding area for dining. Plus, the buffet breakfast was top notch. Because one has to catch the elevator to check-in, it felt strange but gave one an extra feeling of safe. And it neat the convention center and other major event sites.
