Tracie deserves a raise!!!

Overall our stay was alright. Clean enough, pool was always overcrowded but whatever. What made our stay was the remarkable customer service from Tracie at the front desk. I mistakenly left my wallet in the lobby restroom, and she found it before anyone could take it. Tracie brought it to the front, and everything was all there and in tact - can't thank her enough! :)

The actual room was very nice and spacious. The rest of the hotel was old, dirty, and tired with a hint of marijuana scent in the hallways. Breakfast was fine. The morning front desk clerk could not have been nicer. She was sweet. In summary: room clean, building nasty, nice lady, stinky weed.

The hand soap in the room was already opened. The bed sheets did not seem to have been cleaned recently. No microwave in the room. There was only 1 working elevator. Kitchen did not look clean. The staff was polite and available at all times

We had booked a room for 5 people but were only provided 3 sets of towels and there weren’t any blankets for the pull out bed. We had to ask a few times for additional towels and blankets and still were not given enough.

The drinks were a little to high overall it was a great hotel to stay in lots of room in the room

This property is about to undergo a renovation and all I can say is I hope it is executed better than some of the current touch ups to keep appearances. My room was a great size(double queen), the linens were clean. The continental breakfast was fresh, and serving area clean. The negatives: In room couch very stained, plugs for the bathroom/sink area did not work, lots of patch and paint, paint over spray on the walls and floors, huge amounts of culk used in the bathroom, window blinds were off track, light fixtures and tv were very dusty, a lot of dents, dings, and low quality patch work. The lobby smelled like sewage, the lobby furniture was heavily soiled and stained, the ice machine was leaking on the first floor so the carpet was heavily saturated with water. The night staff seemed unconcerned with assisting me and more concerned with watching shows on their phone. I very much felt like an inconvenience. Hyatt corporate needs to assess this property and soon. I've always enjoyed Hyatt properties, but this property did not meet expectations.
