Found a baby roach crawling in the bed. I reported this to the front desk and was offered reward points for another stay. I asked for a refund and was denied. Terrible customer service.

When checking out the hotel on line it advertises a bar, restaurant and pool. It has no bar or restaurant and the pool was closed. Stayed 3 nights and not one time was our room cleaned.

The room was great and the staff was good , the only issue that I had was it was always people hanging out outside! 😒 the free breakfast was decent as well. With that being said, If I had to I would stay there again

Oliver and Phil were very welcoming at the front desk. They were helpful in assisting us to find a nearby restaurant for dinner. We were able to walk around the property, as well as adjacent properties for an evening walk. The room is clean and spacious. We look forward to a restful night.
