We checked in at 10:30pm after driving 6 hours from Pittsburgh, PA. After the clerk processed our payment, she advised us that both elevators were NOT working! We had to carry our heavy suitcases, purse, backpack and dog up 5 flights of steps. If she would have advised me prior to asking for my credit card, I would have made an informed decision and cancel and book a room at another nearby hotel. We had to go up and down the steps a few time to include in the morning as they were still not working. This as very challenging as we are both in our 60’s.

The room was great, but my only complaint was the wifi service, which was terrible, I was unable to connect to the wifi, and I was told didn't need a password to connect. Two different wifi came up neither one of them worked.

we had a short one night stay as we were traveling thru and the room was quiet even though it was right next to the elevator, so we got a good night's sleep. it was comfortable and set up w/a USB connection on a nightstand, microwave & mini-frig.

Check-in was a breeze and the room was mostly as expected, as I have come to expect from "Hyatt Place". The issues with the room: 1). Hot water not "on" at faucet in bathroom; 2). Water pressure very low in shower; 3). Light burned out over couch; 4). Thermostat not working well on heater (too warm). On the other hand, room was clean, towels fresh, kitchen well equipped, bed wonderfully comfortable, to start with.

They gave me a room for 3 days with cold water. When I asked to change it, they said leave if you don't like it. They still haven't returned the money. It's arbitrariness.
