Enjoy our house in a peaceful Lake Norman Cove located between downtown Denver and Mooresville, NC. Local traffic in the neighborhood makes for a quiet street to walk/exercise. Only 5 minutes from groceries, gas and restaurants by car. A short boat ride to several restaurants on the lake make this a perfect spot for your family / friend vacation. Dock on the water is available for tying up your boat during your visit. We also have a couple of kayaks to enjoy the calm and peaceful canal of Lake Norman. As noted in our reviews, we pride ourselves on keeping a very clean house for our guests.

Places was extremely clean! We stayed with 4 kids ages 1,3,5,& 8 and the set up was perfect for kids that age. Large closet in master with a vent in there perfect to put a pack and play for a baby. Check in and out was easy. Stocked with laundry detergent, trash bags etc. We will book it again next time we’re in town! Games, DVDs, and building blocks in the basement for the kids.

House was wonderful and had everything we needed. We were in town for a wedding at nearby Crowe Mansion so we didn't get to enjoy the lake as much as most visitors probably do! But the deck views were appreciated for morning coffee and happy hour. We had a little bit of an issue with our door code at check in but the owners accommodated us and helped resolve the issue. The neighborhood was not high end lakefront, but it was very humble and quiet. The beds were super comfortable too!

Excellent accommodations. Great location for us to be close to local family. Was a great bonus to have 2 king beds available. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need for comfortable eating in options. Great to be on the lake. Only thing I could say was a bit of a slope in the backyard which makes kid play a bit challenging. We found the the Mountain Creek Park close by (about 10min drive) to let them run out their energyWould recommend and look to repeat our stay here.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was stocked with everything you need, the beds were some of the most comfortable beds we have ever had at a rental, the house was very clean. The owners were super helpful with recommendations. We rented a boat and it was delivered and picked up from the doc of the house which was extremely convenient. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

This house was perfect for our family. It was so clean and well-maintained throughout. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host was incredible and responded quickly to all of our questions. We had family members from 8 to 88 staying with us, and the house worked out so well for everyone. The lower level gave us a place to hang out when the oldest and youngest went to bed early. The area was so peaceful and quiet. Being able to use the two kayaks was an added bonus. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay at Lake Norman!

Mini vacation to recharge

This was a great place to relax and recharge with our family after a few months of dealing with demanding careers and school year. The neighbors were amazing with recommendations. The house is bigger on the inside than the outside shows anf super clean. We will definitely be back in the future!

Peaceful retreat

This place was just want we needed for a busy week long stay for my sister's wedding. It is one of the rentals that actually does accommodate 8 people from the sleeping arrangements to the bathrooms, it was big enough for all of us. The other added bonus was they had enough seating to enjoy the beautiful view of the water. This rental was also clean and well stocked from the kitchen to the amount of towels, it seems like they've thought of everything. We will for sure stay here again!!!

Quiet cove, perfect for family

We had a great stay! Layout was perfect for our family of four, plus grandparents. Comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, convenient location to grocery and restaurants…although we cooked meals at the rental, making use of the Weber grill! Great spot to kayak from due to low wake zone.

Beautiful, comfortable, well stocked home

We had a great time here. The beds were comfortable (particularly the 2 King memory foam mattresses), the outside porch was comfortable and provided a nice view, and the kitchen and bathrooms were all well stocked with amenities. We cooked several full meals and didn't lack for anything.We would highly recommend this place!

Outstanding place

Spend Thanksgiving weekend with family. The beds were so comfortable my mom wants me to find out the manufacturer and get her the same. Said best sleep she has had in a long time. Nicely decorated throughout the house. We could play downstairs with different board games while adults could converse upstairs. Great communications with the host. Just an overall pleasant experience.

Words cannot summarize this property. This place was top notch and the detail was phenomenal! The owners did not leave out a thing. It was so very clean peaceful and serene!
