Amazing natural views, including windmill palm trees. Indoor/outdoor enjoyment becomes seamless with 12' pocket doors that lead to a covered patio.
First floor has an open living space with 10' ceilings, family room with ceiling tray with 12' ceiling and a fireplace with custom built-ins, gourmet kitchen, morning room, butler's pantry, dining room, a bedroom with private bathroom, and guest room with half a bath.
Second floor has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, bonus room with TV and elliptical machine, and laundry room. Master bath has massive frameless shower with three shower heads.
Both levels include two-piece crown molding and craftsman style wainscoting.
Air conditioned, central heated, water filter tank in garage, 3 car garage.
