The room was spotless. It took FOREVER to check in because they only had one person at the front desk and the line was SO long. Love how they offered champagne upon arrival. It was very quiet… I would give them another chance.

Room was outdated. Mold on shower walls, elevators broken, waited 15 mins to get from pool back to room, gave up and took 6 flights of stairs instead. Parking was full due to events at hotel so we had to park pretty far away, parking garage not open at all. Halls were noisy at 3am with obvious intoxicated people. For the price, there are better hotels to stay at.

I was there on a very busy weekend which made my stay very uncomfortable. The room needed some little fixes and the housekeeping did a rush job. The bed felt very flimsy and was not well made. The choices of food, quality of food were excellent and the staff very friendly!
