Rental Agreement:
Guests must be 21+ to book (verified for security only)
A rental agreement will be provided before check-in.
Under the NC Vacation Rental Act, payment, signature, or taking possession means acceptance.
The booking guest must complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or incorrect details may lead to cancellation without refund.
Additional information
Please lock all doors and windows when leaving.
Unauthorized late departures will incur a $200 fee.
Optional workstation rental includes monitor, keyboard, and mouse.
We provide a starter kit of supplies; any additional supplies needed must be purchased.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.
Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Any violation may result in a $300 fine and termination of your stay without refund.
Pets
Dogs only (max 2). $59/per pet
All pets must be registered before arrival. Unregistered pets will incur a $120 fee per pet.
Pet owners must provide the breed.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Excessive hair or damage may result in a $250 cleaning fee plus damage costs.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste around the property (waste stations are conveniently located throughout the property).
Excessively disruptive pets may result in cancellation without refund.

Smoking
Absolutely no smoking.
If smoke odor or remnants are found inside, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged.
Damages & Conduct
Please report any damage immediately. We know accidents happen. We just ask guests to be truthful.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay that exceeds the standard of care.
Internet Use
The Internet is provided for general use.
Trash
Trash should fit in the outdoor bins. These rules ensure a 5-star guest experience.
