The room was clean. Front desk staff were efficient and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Some road noise from I-77 but I ran a noise app and that solved it. Price was fantastic.

Everything in the actual hotel rooms was outdated. My shower was clogged and the water would pool after about 2 minutes of running the shower. My sink was also pretty dirty as I could see residue of toothpaste before I had even used the sink. The chairs were peeling and the furniture was just very outdated.

It's ridiculous that you have to pay for parking and they don't have a continental breakfast included. And 7 couldn't log into the wifi I notified the staff and they never fixed it. On the positive side the food in the restaurant was spot on and rooms were very nice.

The stay was comfortable and pleasant complete with friendly and welcoming staff. Overall the facility was clean. I did run into some questionable staining on the bed linens to which I requested and was given clean linens (Sheets with staining should trashed not placed on a bed for the next guest). The sofa in the room also had some spots which resembled pet drool, I would recommend the facility to invest in a steam cleaning machine especially for rooms that house pets. Also, we were only given 2 towels and 2 wash cloths for a 3 night stay for 2 people therefore we had to request more of those from the front desk. The facility should consider the number of patrons and days of a reservation when stocking the rooms. Having to request clean linens and bath towels can be a real inconvenience especially those in town on business. Overall, the facility and staff did leave a good impression with a few minor tweaks this property could be on the 5 star rating.
