We were disappointed with our stay at the hotel. A few years ago, we hosted an F3 Women's Empowerment event there, and the property was in much better condition then.
Upon our arrival, we were assigned room #1218. Once we opened the door, the musty smell and stuffiness made me nauseous. I informed the hotel desk clerk that we could not stay in that room due to the foul odor. We were then assigned to room #1216, which had a more tolerable smell, but it was clear that the hotel needed renovations. The arm of the sitting chair was deteriorating as if an animal had chewed on it, and the furniture was outdated. The ice machine on our floor was also broken, forcing us to go to the 11th floor to get ice.
My daughter, who was assigned a room on the 5th floor, also experienced significant issues and had to be moved to another room. To make matters worse, the next morning, on May 3rd, we discovered her car had been broken into while parked on the property. The floors of our room had not been vacuumed well, adding to our disappointment with the stay.
We have contacted management to discuss compensation for our unsatisfactory accommodations, particularly concerning my daughter's rooms. She was initially assigned to room #502 but had to be moved to room #910 due to various issues. My daughter even recorded a video of her room to document the uncleanliness, which needs to be addressed.
