Worse Hotel Experience so far

Never got our room cleaned in the 3 days we stayed requested room cleaning said it was late for room cleaning not even got our towels changed at all the 3 days we had to use the same 2 wet towels they said on the second day we were going to get new ones, it never happened so poor coming from a Hilton hotels Iine also the bed wood frame was very dented and the bedsheets since the check in they were unclean additional to this when I needed to ask about the check out time to the receptionist she was just making jokes with someone I don’t believe it was a Hotel Guest we left tired of waiting for them to ask a simple Question.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!! BOOK ELSEWHERE!

The stay was absolutely horrible, the room was not clean! Looked as if someone spilled food in carpet and didn’t clean up. I needed an iron asked front desk and never received! I paid for a get away from work with my wife and the room was extremely loud. It was some sort of construction going on which is not posted anywhere in hotel. It was drilling all evening and very early in morning. I WILL NOT BOOK THIS PLACE AGAIN. You get what you pay for!!!

I like that the staff was accommodating to the couples being next to or near each other room wise. There was a big event or sports event with teenagers running around all over the place but the floor we were on was pretty quiet.

Not trying to be funny, but I honestly think most of the bad reviews are coming from the ones who booked the cheaper rooms. They honestly look a little suspect in the pics so not sure why people are surprised. However, I stayed in the executive suite on the 19th floor and it was perfect! So much so I’m going back this weekend.
